A pillow that is too low can cause the head to fall back too much, which can affect normal breathing and impair blood flow to the head.

The pillow is delivered vacuum packed and may therefore feel flat when opened. This is completely normal. Follow the instructions in the image below and gently pat the pillow or let it air out to regain its natural shape and fluffiness.
